I have been drawn to practicing massage. I find great comfort in being able to help others achieve their best selves by assisting them in their health care needs.
I am a 2014 graduate of Soma Institute of Massage school in Chicago. I am trained in a variety of modalities ranging from swedish, prenatal/postnatal, therapeutic, myofascial and neuromuscular. I also provide Reiki, Cranial Sacral, and am trauma informed. I'm always working towards learning new techniques to enhance your treatments.
I bring a very spiritual and holistic approach to my practice. Energy is a huge part of the body. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical or emotional pain. These energy blocks can cause illness. Improving the flow of energy can enable relaxation, pain reduction and reduce the symptoms of illness.
